Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Himalayan harvest. Request returns within 14 days of delivery.
The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you receive your Himalayan spices, pulses, or grains, or when a designated party receives the delivered items on your behalf.
To request a return or cancellation, please notify our Uttarakhand support team with a clear written statement.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving returned sealed items. We use your original payment method without imposing extra processing fees for authentic Himalayan product returns.
Return Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Items purchased within 14 days.
In original sealed packaging.
Non-returnable organic Himalayan items:
Perishable produce, opened spice packets, and unsealed Rajma or red rice grains.
Custom packaged grain hampers or specially milled flour blends made to order.
Products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.
Items mixed with other ingredients or stored improperly after receipt.
We reserve the right to decline returns of any organic produce that does not comply with our food safety guidelines.
Item Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs and safe transit of items. Please dispatch return packages to:

We cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost produce during return delivery. We recommend tracked shipping. Refunds require physical receipt of the returned unopened items or verified delivery proof from the postal carrier.
Gifts
If items were marked as a gift and shipped directly, you will receive store credit for the returned goods value. Once we inspect the unopened Himalayan products, a credit voucher will be sent to your email.
If the order was not marked as a gift or was sent to the buyer first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment account.
